Terms of Use
Last updated: October 2026
These terms cover your use of UBC Tracker, a free, non-commercial community project sponsored, built and hosted by Morrison Sites. By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
What this site is
UBC Tracker is an unofficial fan parody. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Sony Pictures, Marvel, Samsung, Google or The University of British Columbia. See the disclaimer.
Not an emergency service
Nothing on this site is monitored in real time, and no report or request guarantees a response. For an emergency call 911. For campus safety concerns call UBC Campus Security at 604-822-2222.
Your submissions
- You’re responsible for what you submit, and it must follow the community guidelines.
- You keep ownership of your photos and words. By submitting them, you give UBC Tracker and Morrison Sites a free, non-exclusive licence to display them on this site and its social channels for as long as they stay published.
- Only submit photos you took yourself, and don’t submit photos where other people can be identified without their permission.
- We may review, edit for length, decline or remove any submission at any time, for any reason.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the site to harass anyone, to reveal or guess anyone’s identity (including the hero’s), to share personal information about others, to post anything unlawful, to advertise, or to interfere with the site’s operation (for example by automated submissions or attempts to break in).
No warranties
The site is provided “as is” as a community gift. Sightings are reported by the public and may be wrong, late or made up for fun. We don’t promise the site will always be available or accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Morrison Sites is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, from relying on anything posted on it, or from acting on a sighting or request. Stay safe and use common sense: don’t follow anyone, enter restricted areas or put yourself at risk.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the current version always lives here. Questions or concerns: [email protected].
